Frequently asked questions
– Do you offer trial or drop in classes?
We do not offer trial or drop in classes at this time in order to preserve the privacy of our currently registered students. and maintain the quality of class.
– Do you offer make up classes?
We do not offer make up classes, unless it is a studio related cancellation, to which we will notify all registered students. Any missed class(es) are voluntarily forfeited as per our attendance policy.
– How do I add another contact for class emails/texts?
In the House of Dance app, log into your parent portal account > select “more” at the bottom of your screen > go to “account details” > select “family contacts” > “add new”. Please be sure to input the best contact info and select all that apply!
