In this class, youth students will cover the 5 fundamental elements of Breaking (Breakdancing) which are: Toprock, Go-Down, Footwork, Power moves, and Freezes. In addition to learning new movements, students will also focus on rhythm and timing, balance and coordination, and work together while learning each technique.
No previous experience is necessary to register/participate in this class. Throughout the upcoming 10 week session, students will learn new dance techniques, participate in different activities around the techniques and build on a routine each week.
