8 Week Hip Hop Dance Video Series


8 videos to you by email through a private link each week. These videos will be 25 minutes in length and will cover all of our curriculum in depth. You will be able to stop, rewind, and re-watch each  these videos for up to 72 hours.
In addition, if you have questions, you will also be able to comment (or send us an email) on the videos and we will do our best to respond to you in a timely manner.

This class will introduce students to fundamental Hip Hop Dance movements such as: Body isolations, hits, waves, and grooves. While there are many styles under the Hip Hop/Urban Dance umbrella (such as house, krump, popping, breaking, waacking, voguing, locking, etc.), we will be focusing on social hip hop. Social hip hop is a style that includes popular dance moves ranging from old school social hip hop moves such as the “Roger Rabbit” and “Robocop” to new school social hip hop moves such as the “Dougie” and “Nae-nae.”
Throughout this 8 week video tutorial series, students will be learning core Hip Hop Dance moves and learning a routine with that will build upon itself each week.


There is no prerequisite, no age restriction or previous experience required for this class.
