Can I get a refund once I’ve completed payment or a make up if I miss a class?
At this time, we do not offer refunds or make ups. Please refer to our attendance policy found under the “terms and conditions” at check out and below.
ATTENDANCE POLICY: I understand that per paid session, if I miss a class, I am voluntarily forfeiting said paid class. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of Jake Riley and, if so granted, shall not affect future forfeiture of class fees.
If the studio chooses to cancel class due to weather related or any other uncontrollable circumstances, we will be sure to email and reschedule a make up class.
Do you offer drop-in classes?
No, we do not offer any drop-in classes in order to preserve the quality and consistency of class.
Can I come in to try out a class?
We provide a open house style family registration night a few weeks before the start of each session for this exact purpose. You would be able to check out the studio, meet the instructors, and take a couple of quick sample classes to help gauge your interest. You can find the registration nights listed under the “annual calendar” tab or you can stay up to date by signing up for our newsletter!
